iOS app freezes once loaded

Once the app loads, I press a textfield, the UI stuck and there is no change in screen.

However, something strange, is if I press on the screen where the keyboard is supposedly needs to be, I do hear the keyboard taps sounds and yet, the screen doesn't change.
